% 26.11.2025 The present matter has been taken up today, i.e. 26th November 2025, as 25th November 2025 was declared a holiday on account of the 350th Anniversary of 'Guru Teg Bahadur's Martyrdom Day.' CS(OS) 992/2024 1.
Counsel for the parties seek a decree of the suit on the basis of the Settlement Agreement dated 18th August, 2025 (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement') arrived at between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The Settlement Agreement, which bears the signatures of the plaintiff and the defendant no.2 for himself and as a Power of Attorney holder for defendants no.1 and 3, has been placed on record. The parties are present through video conferencing and affirm their signatures on the Settlement Agreement as well as the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

I have perused the terms of the Settlement Agreement and do not find anything unlawful therein.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

In view of the above, a decree is passed in the suit in terms of the Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree sheet.

A decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.
