% 09.05.2019 This petition challenges the impugned order dated 15.01.2016 whereby the application for leave to defend filed by the respondent was allowed by the learned ARC. It is noted the evidence is at its last leg and it would not be appropriate to upset the impugned order at this stage. However, the learned ARC is directed to complete the trial within three months from today. Learned counsel for the respondent assures the summoned witness for 03.06.2019 shall be examined positively on the said date. In view of the observations, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the petition and the same stands disposed of.
