This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Section 24 read with Section 151 of the CPC seeks following prayers:- "i. Pass an Order transferring the H.M.A Petition bearing HMA No. 2259 of 2024 titled "Mr. Arvind Singh Chauhan vs. Mrs. Chanchal" from the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, South West District Dwarka to Principal Judge, Family Court, District Shahdara, Karkardooma Court. b) Pass such other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the present case."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that a settlement agreement has been arrived at between the parties on 15.12.2025 before Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts. 4.

In terms of the said settlement, it is pointed out that a joint petition seeking divorce by mutual consent under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been filed before the learned Family Court, Karkardooma Court The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and first motion has been allowed.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 6.
