The petitioners seek initiation of contempt proceedings for wilful disobedience of the specific directions contained in order dated 16.07.2024 passed by learned Division Bench of this Court in WP(C) 4873/2021. While disposing of the above said writ petition, the petitioners were granted liberty to file fresh representation with respondent no. 1 i.e. GNCTD and GNCTD was directed to dispose of the same within four weeks, by passing a speaking order.

considered the matter and have disposed of the representation vide speaking order dated 13.12.2024.

It is submitted that as per the crux of the speaking order, the revenue record of land in question, was cross-checked and it was found that the above said land had already been allotted to DDA and, therefore, further decision, if any, has to be taken by DDA. During the course of the hearing, a copy of such order dated 13.12.2024, has been given to learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the above said decision, the petitioner would make appropriate representation to DDA and, in case, DDA does not take any action, she would take recourse to other available remedies as permissible under law.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in the present petition. The same is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioners to take further action as they may be advised.
