This is a suit for partition valued at less than Rs.2 crores. Ld. counsel for defendants submits that suit property is situated at Pooth Kaloan (Rohini) which falls under the jurisdiction of District North West, Delhi hence seek transfer of present case to District North West, Delhi.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (North West), Rohini, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (North West), Rohini, Delhi on 09.05.2016.
