CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S.P.GARG

O R D E R

% 26.09.2017 1.

File taken up today on office note for dismissal of the suit for non-prosecution.

2.

I have examined the office note. It reflects that the suit was filed on 21.05.2014 by the plaintiffs. Certain objections were raised by the office. The plaintiffs or the counsel, however, did not appear to remove objections within the prescribed period of 30 days as required on 07.08.2014. In the instant case, the suit is lying under objection since 07.08.2014. In terms of Rule 5(1) and (2), Part-A(a), Chapter-I, Volume - V, Delhi High Court Rules, Practice and Procedure, objections are required to be removed within 30 days. The objections have not been removed till date.

3.

It appears that the plaintiffs are not interested in the prosecution of the suit. It is dismissed for non-prosecution. S.P.GARG, J.
