Learned APP submits that the subject FIR has been registered pertaining to the case of murder of one Mr. Pankaj Narang. He states that the matter is next listed before the Trial Court on 21.02.2025 for the final arguments.

He states on instructions from the Investigating Officer ('IO') that the State is ready to proceed with final arguments and no adjournment will be sought on the next date of hearing before the Trial Court. 3.

Mr. Vineet Jain, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that in view of the aforesaid submissions of the Petitioner, he is not pressing the petition. 4.

Mr. Aman Gaur, learned counsel for the Complainant has joined the proceedings through video conferencing. He, as well, states that no adjournment will be sought by the Complainant before the Trial Court. This Court takes note that the FIR is for the year 2016 and considering that the Petitioner herein has already undergone incarceration since 12.04.2016, accordingly, the learned Trial Court is requested not to grant any unnecessary adjournment to either parties. 6.

The learned APP and the complainant are also bound down to the statement made before this Court.
