% 12.12.2024 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to move an appropriate application before the concerned Court for recalling the NBWs issued against the petitioner. Liberty granted with all contentions being left open. In view of the above, the present petition along with all pending applications stand dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and no expression made herein shall tantamount to be an expression of the merit of the case.
