The petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 22.08.2024 passed by the learned Sessions Court whereby amount of maintenance has been increased from Rs.5,000 per month to Rs. 9,000 per month. 3.

Vikasdeep Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner/husband/applicant submits that the matter has been amicably settled before Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi and the parties have already been granted decree of divorce by mutual consent and have also filed a petition seeking quashing of FIR in question. 4.

He submits that in view of the above, he has instructions to not press the main petition.
