Learned counsel for respondent appears on advance notice and has, at the very outset, submitted that the petitioner has already been reinstated and, therefore, for all purposes, he is deemed to be in service. 2.

She also, on instructions, submits that all consequential benefits in terms of order dated 06.03.2024 passed by Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No. 8500/2021 would be complied with preferably within three months from today. 3.

On the basis of the above said statement and assurance, the learned counsel for petitioner, at the moment, does not press the present contempt petition. 4.

He, however, seeks revival, in case, nothing is done despite the expiry of the period as undertaken above.
