This contempt has been brought, alleging violation of order dated 02.03.2023. The document Annexure P-4 in this regard is brought to the notice of learned counsel for petitioner, which document prima facie does not in any manner violate order dated 02.03.2023 and even otherwise the same has not been issued by either of the alleged contemnors. Not only this, even the Regional Labour Commissioner has been impleaded as contemnor in this petition.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner seeks pass over to obtain instructions as to whether this petition has to be pressed or withdrawn.
