Mr. Sandeep Chaudhary, Deputy Commandant appears for the respondent and points out to the compliance affidavit filed on 24th March 2025, as per which the petitioner has been reinstated in service by order dated 10th January 2025, and for reconsideration of the case of the petitioner, Departmental Rehabilitation Board ('DRB') has been constituted on 24th February 2025.

The DRB held proceedings in February 2025 and reached to the opinion that the petitioner is fit for basic training, and recommends the petitioner to be sent to training centre as per training schedule, as per order dated 27th February 2025.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
