None is present on behalf of the plaintiff. Perusal of the record shows that the plaintiff has not been appearing since the last many dates. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Defendant No. 4 submits that her Written Submissions were allowed to be taken on record subject to payment of cost of Rs.3,000/- to be paid to the plaintiff. However, none is appearing on behalf of the plaintiff.

Since, none is appearing on behalf of the plaintiff, the Suit is dismissed in default.

In view of the fact that the plaintiff is not forthcoming, the cost of Rs.3,000/- is hereby waived.
