This writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner, inter alia, laying the challenge to a Show Cause Notice dated 05.06.2024. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Show Cause Notice has culminated into an order of discharge dated 10.12.2024, which has been communicated to the Petitioner after the filing of this writ petition. He, therefore, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this writ petition to lay a challenge to the discharge order.

This writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn, granting liberty to the Petitioner to lay a challenge to the discharge order as also to the Show Cause Notice. All grounds raised in this present petition, as well as, the legal issues are left open.
