HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN J U D G M E N T (oral) 1.

Petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings for wilful disobedience of directions contained in order dated 09.05.2019 passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No. 6106/2018. 2.

By virtue of the above said order, the Delhi Police had furnished mobile Nos. of Traffic-in-charge of the area in question so that whenever petitioner association finds any instance of unauthorized parking of commercial vehicles for long duration, such officers can be contacted to for taking immediate action in accordance with law. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the concerned officer had been transferred out, it was incumbent on the part of the respondent Police to have, at least, shared the number of the new incumbent. 5.

Mr. Neeraj Dubey, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 appears on advance notice and submits that within two days, the new numbers of the concerned officer shall be shared with the petitioner through e-mail. 6.

Such statement is taken on record.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, at the moment, she is left with no further grievance. 8.

Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
