This petition is filed seeking directions to the respondent to consider the experience of the petitioner on the post of HSST as equivalent to that of PGT. The case set up by the petitioner is that PGT is equivalent to HSST. 2.
The restricted prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner be permitted to represent to respondent no. 2 and to substantiate that the petitioner possesses the necessary experience as required for the post of principal advertised vide annexure P-5. 3.
In view of the restricted prayer made, learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation along with the documents relied upon within four weeks from today.
