The petitioner seeks bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C in case FIR No. 419/2012 under Section 363 IPC registered at Police Station Safdarjung Enclave.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner was earlier on bail before the Trial Court. On 30th January, 2016, he did not appear before the Trial Court and non-bailable warrants were ordered to be issued against him. He is now in custody since 15th February, 2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner be admitted on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Learned Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
