1. By way of this application, the applicant/petitioner seeks correction/rectification of the year of the FIR mentioned in the order dated 12.12.2024 as FIR No. 181/2013 instead of FIR No. 181/2012.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submitted that the FIR No. has been wrongly mentioned as FIR No. 181/2012 in the paragraphs 1 and 8 of the order dated 12.12.2024 instead of FIR No. 181/2013.

3. I have perused the order dated 12.12.2024 and it seems to be a typographical error as the number of the FIR is wrongly mentioned in the paragraphs 1 and 8 of the order dated 12.12.2024.

4. The order dated 12.12.2024 is modified and the year of FIR which is wrongly mentioned in the paragraphs 1 and 8 as FIR No. 181/2012 be The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
