Learned counsel for the parties state that the matter has been settled. I note that the parties were relegated to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide order dated July 04, 2019. The Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre has filed the settlement agreement dated August 14, 2019 on record running into 13 pages including Annexure-A (Colly) to Annexure-C. The same is taken on record and exhibited as Exbt. 'A'.

Learned counsel for the parties also state that the parties shall be abide by the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement dated August 14, 2019. Their statements are taken on record. Learned counsel for the parties also state that the suit be decreed in terms of para 6A to H of the settlement agreement dated August 14, 2019. Ordered accordingly. 3.

The decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.

The suit and connected applications stand disposed of.

In view of the fact that only pleadings were competed and issues were yet to be framed and in view of stipulation in clause 8 of the Agreement, the plaintiffs shall be entitled to refund of court fee under Section 16 of the Court Fee Act, 1870. The same shall be paid in the name of Mr. Vishal Vig constituted Attorney of the plaintiff, who thereafter shall remit the amount to the plaintiffs in USA.
