% 27.11.2017 This court on 21.09.2017 noted that the parties had settled the matter. Post dated cheques for a sum of Rs.16,28,000/- were also handed over by the learned counsel for the respondent.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner confirms that all the payments against the said cheques have been received in full and final settlement. She accordingly seeks to withdraw the present petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All the pending applications, if any, are also dismissed as withdrawn.
