Petitioners, by these applications, seek restoration of the petitions which were dismissed for non-prosecution and in default on 25.01.2019.

It is submitted that the petition was taken up on 27.01.2019 pursuant to order dated 23.05.2018, whereas in the meantime, the petition was listed on several dates and lastly thereafter adjourned to 27.03.2019. It is submitted that on account of the said confusion, no one appeared for the petitioner on 25.01.2019. 3.
For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The petitions are restored to the original numbers. RC REV. 150/2015 & RC REV. 178/2015 List for consideration on 22.04.2020.
