% 18.07.2016 By this petition, filed under Section 438 of Cr. P.C., the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 1127/2015 under Section 420/467/468/471/34 of IPC registered at Police Station New Usmanpur, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Mr. Amit Chadha, Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and she is not required for the purpose of interrogation.

In view of the aforesaid and considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and she is not required for the purpose of custodial interrogation, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner - Sona Devi. Accordingly, it is ordered that in the event of arrest, the petitioner - Sona Devi be released on bail subject to furnishing her personal bail bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. However, petitioner is directed to cooperate the investigation and shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required by notice in writing and shall not tamper with the evidence. With aforesaid directions, the present petition is disposed of. Dasti.
