% 16.03.2016 Crl.M.A. No.4653/2016 (for exemption) Exemptions allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Accordingly, the application is allowed.
CRL.M.C. 1087/2016 Vide the present petition under Section 482 of the Cr P C, petitioner seeks direction thereby directing learned Trial Court to conclude the trial within six months in case FIR No.63/2011 got registered by her at police station Pul Prahladpur, New Delhi for the offences punishable under Section 498A/406/468/471/34 of the IPC. After going through the petition and hearing learned counsel for petitioner, I do not find any ground to interfere with trial pending before learned Trial Court. However, this Court expects from learned Trial Court to proceed with the trial expeditiously as delivery of speedy justice is a right of every citizen.
Accordingly, instant petition stands disposed of. SURESH KAIT, J MARCH 16, 2016/M
