% 19.04.2016 Ms. Neeru is present in court and she submits that she is 20 years of age and she was staying with her aunt (father's sister). Ossification test has been carried out on Ms. Neeru as per which her age is between 17 to 20 years. Ms. Neeru submits that she wishes to stay with petitioner Mohan Swaroop.

In view of the statement made by Ms. Neeru, the petition is dismissed as not pressed.

Copy of this order be given dasti to parties under the signatures of Court Master.
