O R D E R

The present petition under Section 29A (5) seeks extension of time for completion of the arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award. 2.

The arbitral proceedings are in the context of an Agreement dated 03.05.2018.

The Arbitral Tribunal was itself constituted pursuant to the order dated 22.02.2022 passed by this Court in ARB.P. 114/2022. 4.

Respective counsel for the parties submit that the arbitral proceedings are at an advanced stage and an appropriate extension of time be granted to complete the arbitral proceedings and make the arbitral award. 5.

In the circumstances, as jointly prayed, the time period for completion of the arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award is extended till 31.05.2025.

The petition is allowed in the above terms.
