% 10.02.2016 This is a suit for recovery valued at less than Rs.1 crore. Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that defendants are located at Jafra Bad which falls under the jurisdiction of District Shahdara, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (Shahdara), Karkardooma, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (Shahdara), Karkardooma, Delhi on 12.07.2016. Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.

Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that he has not yet receive the copy of written statement of defendant no.2.

Let the same be supplied within three days.
