O R D E R

% 21.12.2016 (1) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.1404/15 under Sections 354/323/341/451/34 IPC and Section 12 of POCSO Act registered at Police Station Malviya Nagar. Status report is on record.

(2) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. By an order dated 18.03.2016, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioner has since joined the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner further informs that the matter has been settled between the parties and the petition for quashing of the FIR is being filed.

(3) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest, he be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that he shall join the investigation as and when required.

(4) The bail application stands disposed of.
