By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No. 6/2025 dated 06.03.2025, registered at Police Station Nehru Place Metro, New Delhi, under Section 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Sections 67/74/78 of the Metro Railway (Operations and Maintenance) Act, 2002. 2.

After some arguments, Mr. Chandan Kumar Mandal, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application, without prejudice to the right of the applicant to move the learned Trial Court at the appropriate stage.

the learned Trial Court. It is open to the applicant to make such a request before the learned Trial Court, which may consider it in accordance with its own Board and the age of the matters pending before it. 4.

The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the above submissions.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any comment on the merits of the case or on any proposed application before the learned Trial Court, which may be considered by the learned Trial Court in accordance with law.
