O R D E R

% 06.09.2016 It is pointed out that in the order dated 26th July, 2016 name of one of the respondent nos. 3 to 6 has been wrongly typed as "Amit" instead of "Sumit".

It is further submitted that error has crept in the name of father and address of petitioner no. 2 in the memo of parties. Let error be corrected.

Fresh amended memo of parties by spelling out the correct names and addresses of petitioners and respondents be filed during course of the day.

Present FIR No. 645/2015 under Sections 452/323/308/379/34 IPC was registered at Police Station Jafrabad on the complaint of respondent no.

2.

Petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 6 are known to each other. They are living in the same locality.

A perusal of FIR shows that a quarrel ensued between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 6 on 20th November, 2015 on some trivial matter.

Respondent no. 2 has alleged in the FIR that petitioners had given beatings to respondent nos. 2 to 6 by fists, kicks and also by sticks, resulting injuries to respondent nos. 2 and 4 to 6. Respondent no. 2 further alleged that in the quarrel, he lost his gold chain. Petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes vide Agreement dated 21st December, 2015.

It is submitted that respondent no. 3 to 6 have also settled the matter with the petitioners being residents of the same locality.

It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 6 want to maintain harmonious relations in future.

Respondent nos. 2 to 6 have condoned the acts of the petitioners. Respondent nos. 2 to 6 are present in person and submit that they do not wish to pursue this FIR any further. Keeping in mind that quarrel ensued on some trivial matter between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 6, who are known to each other, wherein respondent nos. 2 and 4 to 6 sustained simple injuries and they have settled their disputes in order to maintain harmonious relation in future, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 645/2015 under Sections 452/323/308/379/34

IPC registered at Police Station Jafrabad, Delhi and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
