% 11.05.2018 It is stated that refund has been paid. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that interest has not been paid and no speaking order has also been passed. Speaking order, on the question of interest, would be passed within a period of 14 days. In case interest is payable in terms of the speaking order, the same would be paid within 7 days thereafter.

The petitioner, if aggrieved by the refund order or the speaking order on the question of interest, would be entitled to challenge the same in accordance with law.

Recording the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of, without commenting on merits.
