Settlement agreement dated 15.12.2017 has been received from Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. The parties have amicably resolved and settled all their disputes. The petitioner, his counsel and learned counsel for the respondent confirm the mediation settlement. 2.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the petitioner has agreed to receive Rs.40,000/- in full and final settlement of all his claim from the respondent and that the respondent has issued him four post dated cheques of Rs.10,000/- each.

In the circumstances, the petition is disposed of in terms of the mediation settlement dated 15.12.2017. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the mediation settlement. The respondent shall ensure that the cheques are honoured on presentation. VINOD GOEL, J.
