% 04.04.2016 It is stated by the parties that inter se disputes have been settled by a written agreement dated 19.02.2016, whereby the third respondent Jwala Cooperative Society has agreed to accept `1,00,000/- (which has already been paid) in full satisfaction of all its claims. Copy of the same has been produced and is taken on record. In these circumstances, the respondents are directed not to continue with execution proceedings. It shall be deemed infructuous.
