versus STATE ( NCT OF DELHI) ..... Respondent Represented by:

Mr. Ravi Nayak, APP with SI Sandeep PS Maurya Enclave.

CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA

O R D E R

% 03.11.2016 By this petition the petitioners Leela Devi and Satvanti seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 678/2015 under Section 304B/498A/34 IPC registered at PS Maurya Enclave.

When the matter came up before this Court on 29th April, 2016 this Court rejected anticipatory bail application qua petitioner No.1 Leela Devi, however in respect of Satvanti the sister-in-law (jethani) of the deceased granted interim protection.

A status report has been filed which notes that during investigation no allegation whatsoever was raised by either the complainant or his family members against the petitioner No.2 Satvanti Devi except that their daughter and the petitioner No.2 used to do household work together but were not on BAIL APPLN. 742/2016

talking terms and when they visited the house the petitioner No.2 did not wish or respect them.

Learned APP on instructions submits that considering the allegations against the petitioner No.2 no charge-sheet has been filed against petitioner No.2 and she has neither been kept in column No.11 nor column No.12. Further no summons have been issued against petitioner No.2 by the learned Trial Court.

In view of the facts noted above, since there is no apprehension of arrest to the petitioner No.2, present petition qua petitioner No.2 is disposed of as infructuous.
