The allegations of the complainant are that while on bail the petitioner followed and misbehaved with her. Initially the complainant and the petitioner were having a love affair however, since the complainant did not want to go forward she asked the petitioner for closing the relationship. The petitioner however, threatened her that in case she breaks the friendship, he would commit suicide and thus she was forced to send messages. 3.
The petitioner is present in Court. He states that since the complainant does not wish to continue with the relationship, he would also BAIL APPLN. 587/2016
