% 25.09.2017 Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have settled the matter and have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 23.9.2017. In terms of the settlement it is agreed that the respondent shall pay to the petitioner a sum of Rs.45 lacs in full and final settlement of all the dues of the petitioner. The respondent has handed over post dated cheques to the petitioner in terms of the Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Agreement has been filed in Court. The Registry may scan the same and place it on record. Binding the parties to the terms and conditions of the Settlement, the present petition is disposed of. Respondents will ensure that the post dated cheques issued by them pursuant to the Settlement Agreement are duly honoured by the bankers. JAYANT NATH, J SEPTEMBER 25, 2017 n
