Present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioners seeking protection. Status report is on record. 2.
By an order dated 23.03.2018, it was informed that the petitioners were residing at Hotel Dee-Marks, NH-8, Near IGI Airport, New Delhi and an FIR under Sections 506/509 IPC has already been registered.
Necessary protection was provided to the petitioners at their place of stay / residence. 3.
Learned ASC, on instructions, informed that the petitioners have since left to Bengaluru and are not residing at the given address. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners informs that the petitioners are expected to return today and they intend to leave for USA.

Learned ASC informs that as and when the petitioners intend to stay at the said hotel, they may intimate the police and necessary protection in terms of the order dated 23.03.2018 would be provided to them during their stay in Delhi.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the present petition and urges to dispose it of in the above terms.
