% 24.04.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that complainant has been examined and he has not identified the petitioner in Court. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody for about 11⁄2 years.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
