Application has been filed for withdrawal of the bail application for the reasons mentioned therein. 2.

The petitioner was granted interim bail during vacations for one month by an order dated 01.07.2016. It is informed that the petitioner was released on 04.07.2016 and the interim bail is to expire on 03.08.2016.

Apparently, the interim bail has not been utilised / availed for the purpose for which it was granted i.e. to undergo further surgery BAIL APPLN. 415/2015

for SRS.

Without delving into the contents of the application, it is allowed.
