Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not wish to press the present petition challenging an interim order dated 29.1.2018 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal directing that the respondent shall not retire on 31.1.2018 and shall be allowed to continue his service till further orders, for the reasons that subsequently the O.A. was finally dismissed by the Tribunal on 09.07.2018.

We are informed that aggrieved by the said order, the respondent has filed a writ petition in this Court registered as W.P.(C) No.7552/2018, which is listed for arguments on 05.03.2019.
