LPA 181/2016 We have heard learned counsels for the parties and are of the opinion that the direction to repair a kiosk which suffered damage cannot be granted. The impugned order, therefore, cannot be faulted with on this aspect. It is however open to the appellant to seek the assistance of the Government or any other organisation towards the

repair that he wishes to carry out.
