% 16.02.2017 The matter has been listed on the basis of an office note. By an order dated 12.01.2017, Justice V. S. Aggarwal (Retired) was appointed as an Arbitrator. Justice V. S. Aggarwal (Retired) has expressed his inability to act as an Arbitrator. Accordingly, an Arbitrator is required to be appointed in his place.

Justice ML Mehta (Retd.) is appointed as an Arbitrator in place of Justice V.S. Aggarwal. This is subject to the arbitrator making the necessary disclosure under Section 12 of the Act and not being ineligible under Section 12(5) of the Act.
