The instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for seeking parole for appearing in B.A.Examination of Maharishi Dayanand University. Status report filed. It is taken on record. The factum of the petitioner to appear in the examination has been verified and confirmed.

It is informed that the dates on which the petitioner is to appear for examination are 04.04.2018, 07.04.2018 and 13.04.2018. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and to enable the petitioner to take B.A.Exams., he is granted parole from 02.04.2018 to 07.04.2018 on his furnishing personal bond in the W.P.(CRL) 889/2018

sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail on 08.04.2018.

The petitioner is also granted parole for 13.04.2018 on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail thereafter on 14.04.2018.
