Let the trial be concluded expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months. In case the trial is not concluded within the stipulated time, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court at the appropriate stage. 3.

Needless to say that the petitioner shall not delay the proceedings. 4.

The present petition, along with pending application(s), if any, stands dismissed as withdrawn.
