The petitioner has assailed order dated 10.11.2025 of the learned commercial court, whereby application of petitioner under Order XI Rule 1(5) CPC was allowed subject to costs of Rs. 200/- each document. The petitioner has approached this Court only to the extent of imposition of costs.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition unconditionally and undertakes that the impugned costs shall be deposited within three days. 3.

Accordingly, the petition and the accompanying applications are dismissed as unconditionally withdrawn, granting three days from today to the petitioner for deposit of the impugned costs.
