By way of the present application, the petitioner seeks to place on record the Settlement Agreement dated 25.03.2026 entered into between the parties during the course of mediation, and in light thereof, seeks to withdraw the main petition itself.

Considering the averments made in the application, the same is allowed. Accordingly, CONT.CAS(C) 1761/2025 is dismissed as withdrawn in light of the Settlement Agreement dated 25.03.2026 entered into between the parties. The parties shall remain bound with the terms of the said Settlement Agreement.
