In view of the order I propose to pass, counsel for the official respondents says that he does not wish to file a reply. 3.
The substantive prayer made in the application is as follows: "In view of the submission made hereinabove it is most humbly prayed that the present application may kindly be allowed and the time for depositing the FDRs may kindly be extended. The petitioners undertakes to deposit the FDRs on the same day the application is allowed."
3.1 For the reasons given therein, the delay is condoned.
