By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks following relief: "a. Pass/issue appropriate directions to the Ld. Subordinate trial court presided over by Ms. Kanika Agarwal, Ld. JMFC, (Mahila Court- 02), Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi for expeditious titled as 'Reema Jain vs. Sanjay Jain & Ors.' filed by the Respondent under section 12 of the DV Act in a time bound manner, preferably within a period of 3 months by conducting hearing day to day from the date of receipt of such directions, or within such period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, in the light of facts and circumstances explained hereinabove and/or; 30 disposal of the trial arising out of DV Act Case No. 404/2013" 4.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the matter is pending before the learned Trial Court since the year 2013. the complainant since the year 2017. It is, therefore, stated that the directions be issued to the learned Trial Court for expeditious trial of the present case. 5.

This Court has heard arguments addressed on behalf of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and has perused the material available on record.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within a period of six months from date, under intimation to this Court, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 7.

With these directions, petition stands disposed of. 8.
