The grievance of the petitioner seems to be that the newly engaged counsel is not in possession of the CCTV footages which were supplied to the petitioner on earlier occasion by the learned Trial Court.

The Investigating Officer is present in the Court and states that copy of the CCTV footages will be provided to the petitioner on the next date of hearing before the learned Trial Court. 3.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The petition is disposed of.
