% 25.02.2016 None appears for the plaintiff when the matter is called out. This suit has been filed to seek mandatory injunction against the defendants requiring the defendants to hold the elections to the post of President of defendant No. 1-society. By order dated 12.08.2015, this Court directed the elections in question to be held. This order was modified subsequently on 18.09.2015 and 30.10.2015. In terms of these orders, the elections have been held and the Returning Officer has filed his report. The claim in the suit, therefore, stands satisfied and, therefore, the suit does not survive. The suit is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous.
