The present Petition, under Section 29A(4) & (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeks extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

Mr. Mohan, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that in view of the objection raised on behalf of the Respondents regarding the maintainability of the present Petition before this Court and the Respondents' contention that the same would be maintainable before the competent Court in Madhya Pradesh, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law before the competent Courts in the State of Madhya Pradesh. 3.
